Dear Parents,
The Stanley's and accompanying journals have come home. Now it is time to have some fun with Stanley. I have demonstrated to the kids what a level 3 piece of writing looks like as their success criteria. Please look at the marking rubric on the back of the information letter to see how this writing assignment will be graded. The journals are due back in class on Friday March 24th and presentations will begin. Please help your child choose one selection of writing to share with the class.
We are about to learn about measuring time and temperature in math. In social studies we are looking at maps and directions.
We continue to make and learn about structures using the inquiry method.
