The children have now picked their animal to research They have completed their 'wonder" questions about their topic. Next week they will begin to look through books and make jot notes about interesting facts they find out and hopefully find answers to some of their questions. If you would like to add a book or two, please send it in with them. All written work on the project will be done at school. You could print off some pages from a web site if you wish for them to use here at school, however I think the books have the simplest facts.
Pebblego.com is a great website used at school and you can access it at home with the username and password - trillium and trillium
Spelling words this week are glad, flag, play, black, clock, clay, fly, blue. I think the kids already know most of these words as many are on our word wall.
Please let your kids count your change and use the correct names of the coins for practise.
Scholastic will go home Thurs or Friday. Please submit orders by Tuesday 26th. Thanks
